Town & Country Humane Society Inc.has
been in operation in Glenn County since1986.
They were the first, and are the
only animal protection agency and shelter in the area.

The
Town & Country Humane Society is a public benefit corporation
organized exclusively for charitable purposes (Section 501(C)(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code).
Town & Country
Humane Society is a "NO KILL" shelter, one of the few
in California, and located in one of the state's most economically
depressed counties. We are funded solely by donations,
adoption/ surrender fees and fund raising functions.
Contributions are sparse. We are not affiliated with
any other Humane Society, Animal Control Agency or Animal Welfare
Group. Community involvement includes:
